Started by shaper James Cheal in 1996, Chilli surfboards melds aesthetic and performance using the highest quality materials and designs. Over the years Chilli has crafted boards for surfers such as Nathan Hedge, Andy Irons, Sunny Garcia, Jay Davies, Mitch Coleborn and Tiago Pires, while also staying tuned to the needs of the local shredder and weekend warrior.
Chilli’s goal has always been to cater for surfers aiming to take their surfing to another level by offering designs that match the rider’s aspirations and imagination. The models he’s released through GSI remain true to this ethos and are available in the new lightweight Twin Tech EPS/Epoxy construction.
