Parallel Cosmos respects your right to privacy. We have designed our website so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. We do not keep a copy of your credit card details on our server or premises. That information is held by our Gateway provider that has been certified by the major credit card companies. From time to time, Parallel Cosmos may ask individuals, prospects and customers to provide personal information that will help Parallel Cosmos efficiently perform various business transactions. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, contact and billing information, birth date, and transaction. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experience with our products, and contact preferences. Some Parallel Cosmos web pages may also contain cookies, a technology used to customize web content to better meet your needs. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to choose whether to accept it or not.

Parallel Cosmos uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Parallel Cosmos will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. Delivery

All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. All orders received prior to will be delivered to you within 5 working days.  If there are any products out of stock we will let you know via email before sending any products out to you.

Delivery within New Zealand is dependant on size, weight, volume of the item(s) you have purchased.  We will let you know via email the delivery price.  

We use Mainfreight and a tracking number will be available for all sent items, should you at any stage require the tracking number please contact us.  To find out where your order is once it has been shipped, please visit www.mainfreight.com and enter the tracking number.  If you have lost your tracking number, please contact us.

Payment

We offer payments by either credit card using DPS or Bank Deposit. Parallel Cosmos uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

  • Parallel Cosmos does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS

Pricing

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST. Parallel Cosmos reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Parallel Cosmos want you to be a absolutely stoked with your purchase.  If you receive any gear that is not fit for its advertised purpose then please phone us first as we may be able to resolve it on the telephone.  The item must be returned to us within 10 working days for assessment. Please send all returns to:

Please pack items carefully with a copy of your receipt and your contact information.  

Parallel Cosmos will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then Parallel Cosmos will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.

Cancellations 

Parallel Cosmos accept no cancellations for orders placed.  If you feel you have ordered the wrong product we can offer a credit voucher. Please notify us within 24 hours and as long as product has not been shipped out your order will be exchanged for a credit note.
